About Triwin Brand

Triwin is a mobile game developer focus on the in-app advertising monetization model for casino games. Their products, including Triple Win Slots and Gold Fortune Casino, have experienced significant growth in user populations in North and South America. In collaboration with WebEye in 2022, Triwin developed a comprehensive cost-per-event data model through extensive data analysis to address the challenge of balancing growth scale and quality.


As Triwin expands globally, it is challenging to reach generalized audiences and attract new users, causing fluctuations in daily active users (DAU). The quality of new users is also decreasing due to a mismatch in growth models, resulting in lower usage time and monetization value. Customers demand new growth models and channels to improve both the quantity and quality of new users, ultimately enhancing DAU and user monetization value.


About the Cooperation

In H1 2022, based on the weak users growth of the US, Triwin established preliminary cooperation with WebEye and achieved high-speed growth through our large traffic pool. We assisted Triwin in expanding its partnership network in North and South America, including entry into new markets such as Brazil. At the same time, the number of cooperative products also increased rapidly, realizing a growth cooperation matrix for multiple products and countries.


In H2 2022, with the expansion of collaborative scale and the generalization of the audience, the importance of growth quality has increased,and we jointly established a cost per event (CPE) model and adding Southeast Asia as a deep cooperation, and gradually opening up countries such as PH and YN for cooperation.


Results

We independently opened up event custom interfaces to meet Triwin's personalized data indicators while supporting fuzzy definitions to ensure data security. Through Triwin's custom data accumulation and real-time modeling, and after 2-3 weeks of AA Traffic Experiment, we selected three user behavior directions coupled with CTR and CVR models, ultimately selecting user features based on Reward and ROAS0. Finally, we selected compatible event event values around two key user behavior directions, independently incubated a cost per event (CPE) model, and met Triwin's demand for equal value and quantity.


Triwin achieved ROAS0-7 improvement in different regions using the CPE and ROAS model, with a 40% increase in ROAS0. An independent model also increased CVR, resulting in a 20% increase in user growth efficiency for traffic scale.




In terms of traffic, global coverage, diversified traffic composition, and diverse advertising combinations are important factors that promote cooperation between Triwin and WebEye;


In terms of technology, independent growth models (CPE) and personalized traffic customization are key factors that promote cooperation;


In terms of operation, simply putting forward the demand is sufficient to receive full-process services including creative content, optimization, data reporting, etc., to achieve rapid growth.
